7. HWT Token Rewards System

7.1 Token Distribution

Users earn HolisticWellness.ai Token (HWT) rewards through platform engagement including:

• Cooking and sharing healthy recipes
• Participating in community features

7.2 Monthly Distribution Schedule

HWT token rewards are distributed on a monthly basis to users' Solana wallet addresses. Rewards earned during each calendar month are aggregated and distributed during the first week of the following month to the Solana network.

7.3 Solana Wallet Requirement

To receive HWT token distributions, users must:

• Connect a valid Solana-compatible wallet to their account
• Ensure their wallet address is current and accessible
• Be responsible for any network fees associated with receiving tokens
• Maintain custody and security of their own wallet and private keys

7.4 No Monetary Value

Important: HWT tokens have no monetary value and are NOT an investment or security. HWT tokens are:

• Utility tokens for platform engagement and rewards only
• Not listed on any cryptocurrency exchange
• Not redeemable for cash, fiat currency, or cryptocurrency
• Not intended to be traded, sold, or transferred outside the platform ecosystem
• Subject to modification or discontinuation at our sole discretion

8. Subscription and Payments

Premium features may require subscription. All payments are processed securely. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refund policies are available upon request.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of HolisticWellness.ai, including our AI models, are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon account termination:

• You remain responsible for any wallet-related obligations
• Previously distributed tokens in your wallet remain yours

11. Limitation of Liability

HolisticWellness.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of tokens due to wallet security issues
• Delayed or failed token distributions
• Changes to token value or utility
• Blockchain network issues or failures

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Risks

14.2 No Guarantee of Availability

14.3 Wallet Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining access to your private keys
• Any loss of tokens due to wallet compromise

We cannot recover lost tokens, reset wallet access, or reverse blockchain transactions.
